Return Policy

We understand that there might be times when you receive an item and it doesn't work for you. We also work hard to keep our items fresh, so please read this policy carefully.

You are able to return items for store credit within 10 days of package being delivered and/or picked up. No refunds will be issued - sorry! Merchandise must be in original condition, including original packaging and tags attached. Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. 

All SALE merchandise and all special orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned. We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us - including items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period. These items will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us within 3 business days (M-F) of delivery date. We will not accept returns or defective claims on items that are worn or washed.
